Pixie Couture Baby Policy:

We're sure that you will be delighted with your purchases when they arrive but we understand that sometimes you may find that the item is no longer required or appropriate. We are happy to exchange your purchase within 14 days subject to our terms and conditions. We replace sold goods with new orders and are unable to offer refunds. However, we gladly offer credit vouchers to be used on our store website. We offer your choice of exchange only or credit vouchers for all products returned within 14 days of purchase with original receipt and all tags attached to the garments. The garments must be in their original condition and meet the guidelines for exchange or credit voucher. Please note: All reduced items, custom orders, and bath and beauty products are final sale, and cannot be exchanged or returned for boutique credit.

Here is what you need to do:
Please include a letter with your return address and reason for exchaging your item. Please include this paperwork inside the parcel. You will need to return the package to our return address within 14 days with your original receipt. The 14 days will begin with the date on your receipt. Please specify if you would like to receive an exchange or store credit voucher.
Repackage the item very carefully and very securely. Use the returns address posted on your invoice. Postage will be at your own expense. We do not re-imburse postage or shipping charges.
Use a trusted and assured parcel delivery service and make sure that postage is fully paid.

And this is what you need to know:
The original receipt must be enclosed with the package.
Where returned items are received without a receipt of purchase, no exchange or voucher can be given.

Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to each garment.
This means the item is unworn and as new, all labels and tags remain attached along with all of the original packaging.
In cases where Pixie Couture Baby receives returned items that are: soiled, with odor, damaged or appear to have been washed, cleaned or repaired - no exchange or credit voucher shall be issued. 

Pixie Couture Baby cannot take any responsibility for packages where the postage is unpaid or where the item has become damaged in transit.
To make sure the items reach us safely, we recommend you use a trusted and assured parcel delivery service, with appropriate compensation for loss or damage.

Pixie Couture Baby cannot take any responsibility for items lost in transit.

Unfortunately, Pixie Couture Baby cannot refund postage charges for unwanted items nor can we reimburse postage and shipping costs incurred by returning an unwanted item. Under no circumstances shall Pixie Couture Baby assume the cost of any expenses incurred by customers in the process of making a return.
Within 14 days of receiving your returned item and once we have verified that it is in its original condition, a member of our customer services team will send you an email to confirm that your item has been received and a voucher or exchange will be sent to your address.

Please note that it can up to 7-10 days for exchanged goods or credit vouchers to be sent to you.
We are happy to exchange the full value of the price you paid for items returned to Pixie Couture Baby in original condition within 14 days and we encourage you to do this.
Pixie Couture Baby reserves the right to refuse to accept returned items that we believe are not in their original condition.
Exchanges may be made for the same garment in a different size subject to availability.
